Dear Sir,
I have the honour to submit that during the month of August 2019, I
remained on special casual leave from 08.082019 to 28.08.2019. Due to special
casual leave, I had only nine working days in the month of August 2019 and in
those working days, I decided one contested and two uncontested sessions
cases other than murder, one contested and two uncontested civil appeals, three
civil revisions, one original suit, forty eight criminal petitions i.e. bail petitions,
harassment petitions and petitions u/s 22-A 22-B and three civil miscellaneous
petitions.

2. Due to above said reason, the decision of cases were less than
institution in the month under reference. It is further submitted that I shall try my
best to decide the cases more than institution in future.

Dear Sir,
I have the honour to submit that in the month of August, 2019, I
proceeded on Special Casual Leaves starting from 08.08.2019 to 28.08.2019.
During the month of August, there were only seven working days. Required units
were 21 and I earned 38 units 17 units were excess. I disposed of 48 cases,
while, the institution was 166 cases. During my absence, large numbers of cases
were instituted in my court, so, target to dispose cases more than instituted
could not be achieved of disposal. However, I achieved the target in September
2019.

Dear Sir,

I have the honour to submit that the undersigned was on special

leaves from 17.07.2019 to 06.08.2019 and also performed duty on behalf of
three other courts of learned addl: Sessions Judges during their Special Leaves.
Moreover, the Local Bar observed 03 days strikes on different days and in the
rest days of month of August 2019, there were four Sunday, three Eid Holidays
as well as holyday of Independence Day i.e. 14 th August (Public Holidays).
Despite of the aforementioned circumstances, the undersigned decided 135
cases in to and earned 68 units with excess of 14 Units are required throughout
the month of August 2019.

2. Due to above said circumstances, the disposal was less than the
institution. Sir, I shall try my level best to decide maximum cases in the coming
month and shall also try to achieve the target of required disposal of the cases.

Dear Sir,

I have the honour to submit that in the month of August the Civil
Courts remained closed owing to summer vacations due to which the majority of
lawyers did not appear before the court. Moreover the local bar observed 07
strike on different days and in the rest days of month of August 2019 there were
four Sundays, three Eid Holidays and one independent day i.e. 14 th August
(Public Holidays)

2. Despite of the aforementioned circumstances, undersigned decided

111 cases in total and earned 51 units as were required.

3. Due to above mentioned circumstances, the disposal was less than

the institution. Sir, I shall try my level best to decide maximum cases in the
coming months.
