2. in this backdrop due to the less working days, the disposal was less
than the institution.

I have the honour to submit that I had twenty five working days in
the month of July 2019 and in those working days, I decided three contested
and two uncontested sessions cases other than murder, two contested and four
uncontested civil appeals, seventeen civil revisions, ten original suits, ninety
criminal petitions i.e. bail petitions, harassment petitions and petitions u/s 22-A
22-B and two civil miscellaneous petitions.
It is further, submitted that the lawyers of District Bar Association
Okara remained on strike for nine full days and after 10:00 AM on one day i.e.
22.07.2019 and 200 cases were received through transfer, due to which, the
decision of cases was less than the institution in the month under reference. It is
however, respectfully submitted that I shall try my best to decide more cases
than the institution in future.

I have the honour to submit that during the month of July 2019, I
remained on special casual leaves from 17.07.2019 to onward and actually
worked for only 13 days due to which required target of contested cases as well
as disposal could not be achieve. However, in the coming month I shall try my
level best to make up the deficiency.
