(a)
For Health Start Family, major critical conditions, return of premium and life insurance coverage will be paid on a first-to-claim basis.
(b)
Child must be 18 years old and above.
(c)
Terminal illness is also covered under this plan. Terminal illness is any condition, which in the opinion of a specialist, will lead to death within 365 days.
(d)
Benefit is equivalent to sum insured less any benefits paid.
(e)
The minor critical condition benefit can be claimed up to 4 times for different conditions per life.
(f)
Child cover benefit is provided for any one child who is under 18 years old at the time of claim and the child survives the critical conditon for fourteen (14)
days from date of diagnosis. This benefit is payable only once, on a first child-to-claim basis. Child cover benefit is on top of the plan’s sum insured.
(g)
For older issue ages which are age 50 and up for 20-Pay and Age 55 and up for 10-Pay, standard premiums to be returned will be at 50%. This will be less
any minor critical illness benefits paid.

IMPORTANT: Pre-existing conditions are excluded, furthermore there is a 60-day waiting period starting on Policy Effective Date for
Major, Minor and Child Critical Conditions. The full definitions of critical conditions and exclusions can be found in the policy contract.

Should you decide to purchase this plan and find that it is not suitable for you, you will be provided 15 days upon receipt of policy to
cancel the plan with full refund.
