Rajesh Adani
Managing Director

Associated with Adani Group since its inception, Mr Rajesh Adani is in charge
of the operations of the Group and has been responsible for developing its
business relationships. His proactive, personalized approach to the business
and competitive spirit has helped towards the growth of the Group and its
various businesses.

Pranav Adani
Managing Director, Agro and Oil & Gas

A graduate in business management from Boston University, USA, Mr Pranav

Adani is responsible for strategic business decisions and leadership
development in the Agri and Oil & Gas business of the Adani Group.

His experience of more than a decade in agri business has seen Mr Adani
holding various positions in a number of industry forums. He has served as the
Chairman, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gujarat and presently serves
as member in CII National Council on Agriculture & FMCG and Governing
Council, Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA).

Priti Adani
Chairperson, Adani Foundation

A Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS), Dr Priti Adani is unobtrusively treading a

path hitherto less travelled, both in the education as well as corporate social
responsibility (CSR) space. She devotes her time to monitoring her CSR and
philanthropic initiatives under the banner of Adani Foundation.

Mrs Adani is ensuring that the Adani Group actually touches the lives of as
many people as possible.

Devang Desai
Group CFO

A Chartered Accountant with more than 32 years of experience, Mr Devang

Desai has rich knowledge of Finance & Commerce and has valuable insights in
business models covering structures and processes.

Mr Desai has been extensively involved in conceptualizing ventures, managing

large resource mobilization programs, initiating process improvements and
nurturing alliances.

Before joining Adani Group in 1996, he was working with Sanghi Group as Vice
President, Finance.

Harsh Mishra
Group President, International Business

An engineering graduate from IIT, Delhi and MBA from FMS Delhi University,
Mr Harsh Mishra has worked in diverse industries including oil and gas,
consumer durables, print media, beverages and steel & mining.

Since the economic liberalisation in India, Mr Mishra has been involved in

mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and diversification strategies for many
corporates.

Before joining Adani Group in 2004, he was working with Jindal Stainless as
Executive Vice President.

P K Panda
Group President, Human Resources

A law graduate and a Master of Personnel Management (MPM) from

Berhampur University, Orissa, Mr P K Panda started his career with National
Textile Corporation (NTC) and gained rich experience from working with
organizations such as Ranbaxy, United Breweries and Ballarpur Industries.
Before joining Adani Group in 2008, he was working as Chief People Officer in
Aditya Birla Group.

Atul Chaturvedi
CEO, Agri Business

A post graduate from Agra University, Mr Atul Chaturvedi has more than three
decades of general and strategic management experience in manufacturing
and trading. He has worked with Adani Group since 1997 and played a key role
in the development of its agri business.

Mr Chaturvedi is Deputy Chairman of the Soybean Processors Association of

India (SOPA), Co-Chairman of the Castor Council of the Solvent Extractor’s
Association of India, Director of the International Castor Oil Association and an
Executive Member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gujarat.

Before joining Adani Group, he was employed with SM Dyechem.

Atul Sathe
CEO, Oil & Gas Exploration

A commerce graduate from University of Bombay and a MBA from University

of Pune, Mr Atul Sathe has handled all aspects of the oil & gas business from
conceptualisation to general management across industries. Mr Sathe has held
senior positions with BPL Innovation Group, EIH and Mannesmann Group.

Before joining Adani Group in 2010, he was the CEO of a group company of
Mahindra & Mahindra and Jubilant Energy.

Karan Adani
Executive Director, Ports

An economics graduate from Purdue University, USA, Mr Karan Adani joined

the Group in 2009.

Mr Adani started his career by learning the intricacies of the port operations at
Mundra. Accumulating experience right from the base level over the past three
years, he is now looking after the strategic development of all ports of Adani in
India.
He aims to build the Group’s identity around the integrated business model;
backed by his sound understanding of new processes, systems and macro-
economic issues, coupled with his growing experience.

Malay Mahadevia
Director, Ports

Dr Malay Mahadevia joined Adani in 1992 and worked on developing Mundra

port from conceptualization to commissioning.

Dr Mahadevia has been awarded ‘Outstanding Manager of the Year’ by

Ahmedabad Management Association in the year 2002. In 2008, he was
conferred PhD by Gujarat University in the field of "Coastal Ecology around
Mundra area".

He is a member of many professional bodies including Centre for Engineering

& Technology (CEPT), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and
Industry (FICCI), The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India
(ASSOCHAM), Board of Advisors for Maritime studies in Gujarat University,
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Gujarat Chamber of Commerce &
Industry (GCCI).

Before joining Adani Group, he was in service with Government Dental College,
Ahmedabad as an Assistant Professor.

M K Thapar
CEO, Mining India

A mining graduate from Banaras Hindu University, Mr M K Thapar has worked

in various capacities in the coal mining industry in India as Technical Director
in the Ministry of Coal and Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Central
Coal Fields.

Mr Thapar has been a turnaround specialist and is well-known for his ability to
grow businesses through optimising their use of resources.

Before joining Adani Group in 2007, he was the CMD of South Eastern Coal
Fields.
Pranav Vora
CEO, Shipping

A BSc from California State University, USA, Mr Pranav Vora has more than 18
years of experience in the field of shipping, particularly in the commercial dry
bulk sector.

Mr Vora joined Adani Group in 1993 and was responsible for cargo handling at
ports, chartering of handysizes to handymaxes for transporting agro products,
polymers, metallurgical coke and steam coal.

Currently he is leading the shipping business of the Group and is based in

Dubai, UAE.

Rajeev Sharma
CEO, Gas Distribution

A civil engineering graduate from Thapar College of Engineering, Patiala, Mr

Rajeev Sharma has nearly 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

Mr Sharma has been working with Adani Group since 2003 and is responsible
for the Group’s initiatives in the gas business and in developing city gas
distribution projects across the country.

Before joining Adani Group, he worked for GAIL India in various capacities.

Rajeeva Sinha
Director, Ports

A Post Graduate in Port & Shipping Management from the World Maritime
University, Malmo, Sweden and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Ship
Brokers, United Kingdom, Mr Rajeeva Sinha is a former Indian Administrative
Service (IAS) officer with over 35 years of work experience. He also holds a
diploma in Port Planning and Management from the University of Lousiana,
New Orleans, USA.

Mr Sinha has in-depth knowledge of shipping and port sectors having worked
earlier in capacity as Principal Secretary (Transport & Ports), Government of
Maharashtra; Deputy Chairman & Chairman of Mumbai and Mormugao Port
Trust; Commissioner (Water Transport); CEO of Maharashtra Maritime Board
and Senior Deputy Director General of Shipping, Mumbai.

Before joining Adani Group in 2007, he was the Managing Director of Gujarat
Pipavav Port Ltd.
Samir Vora
COO, Mining Australia

A BSc from California State University, USA, Mr Samir Vora joined Adani Group
in 1994 and was involved in developing coal mining business in India with a
cumulative capacity of 110 million tons per annum.

Currently, Mr Vora is the COO & Executive Director of Adani Mining Pty Ltd. He
is responsible for executing greenfield coal mines, railway and port projects
along with supporting infrastructure in Queensland, Australia.

Vinay Prakash
CEO, Coal Trading

A mechanical engineering graduate, PG Diploma in Operations & Materials

Management and a MBA in Finance, Mr Vinay Prakash has diversified
experience across power plant maintenance, port marketing, shipping &
logistics, materials management, coal mining and trading.

Before joining Adani Group in 2001, he was working with Aditya Birla Group in
various roles.

Vneet S Jaain
CEO, Power

A mechanical engineering graduate from Government Engineering College,

Haryana, Mr Vineet Jain has been leading power projects including all facets
from conceptualization to commissioning and operation.

Mr Jain is experienced in project management across many industries

including coal and iron ore mining, coal washery, cross country water pipelines,
cross country conveyors and railway lines. He has been responsible for
commissioning several power projects in the country.

Before joining Adani Group in 2006, he was working with Jindal Steel and
Power.
Bakul Dholakia
Director, AIIM & GAIMS

An alumnus of the MS University Baroda, Dr Bakul Dholakia has a Doctorate in

Econometrics and was a professor of Economics in MS University, Baroda and
IIM, Ahmedabad.

Dr Dholakia was awarded Padma Shri for Literature and Education in the year
2007. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian award in the Republic of India.

Before joining Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences (GAIMS) and Adani
Institute of Infrastructure Management (AIIM) in 2009, he was the Director of
IIM, Ahmedabad.

P C Pande
Group President, Security

A post-graduate from Lucknow University, Mr P C Pande started his career

with Indian Police Service (IPS) in 1970.

Mr Pande is looking after development and implementation of security

systems and processes across Adani Group.

Before joining Adani Group in 2011, he served in various positions including

Director General of Police (DGP), Gujarat; Police Commissioner, Ahmedabad
and Additional Director, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Sushama Oza
CEO, Adani Foundation

A Master of Social Work (MSW) from MS University, Baroda, Mrs Sushama Oza
was accredited by National Council of Social Work, USA.

Mrs Oza started her career at MSU Baroda as a research and teaching
assistant. She has extensive experiences working with different organizations
including California Rehabilitation Centre, California, USA.

Before joining Adani Group, she was the Executive Director of United Way of
Baroda.
