    Diana: Hello, Tammy. How are you?


    Tammy: Oh, hello, Tammy. I am fine, thank you. And how are you?
    Diana: Fine too. It’s a beautifull beach, isn’t it? The view of those towering cliffs in the
    distance adds to the beauty of this place.
    Tammy: Yes, speaking of beauty, the weather is fantastic today. The weather is fantastic
    today. It's warm and sunny, just perfect for a day at the beach.
    Diana: Absolutely, Tammy! I was a bit worried about the temperature, but it turned out to be
    ideal for visit.
    Tammy: It's such a contrast to the cold winters back in the States. I could definitely get used
    to this.
    Diana: I don't blame you, Tammy. Parangtritis Beach is a tropical paradise, and the warmth
    of the sun is one of its best features. Well, see you later then.
    Tammy: Bye. See you.
