To clean up and update the images
To periodically get images from zones

Digital activity To monitor changes on website

To get inputs from departments
To speak with agency for updation

Events &
Exhibitions To keep a repository of major events
To maintain files and reports on exhibitions
To support the dept in making PPT
AVs and films To coordinate with film producers for shooting
To maintain the footage of films in the cloud
Keep an inventory of all films & updates
