PREFACE

This report has been submitted to compliance with the requirement of diploma in
chemical engineering course curriculum of Shri K. J. Polytechnic, Bharuch affiliated
to the Gujarat Technological University.

The main objective of this project was to bridge the gap between the classroom
inputs and the actual research operation.

The report concentrates on “SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE MANUFACTURING”.

And the survey had done by established tools, analysis and conclusion done at Shri
K. J. Polytechnic, Bharuch.
