Humanity has witnessed incredible technological developments throughout history.

From the invention of the wheel to the development of artificial intelligence, these
breakthroughs have transformed the way we live, work, and communicate. Technology
has become an indispensable element of our everyday lives, influencing societies and
transforming industries.

Technology has a long and varied history in China, extending back thousands of years.
Chinese innovations have changed the world, from the discovery of paper and printing
to the development of gunpowder and compasses. Today, China is considered one of
the most technologically advanced societies, and in its most high-tech areas, new
technologies are embraced and even tested every day.

Surveillance Camera is one of the products that is evident in China. The Chinese
government has installed a vast network of surveillance cameras around the country in
order to maintain social order and prevent crime. However, the increasing deployment
of surveillance cameras poses privacy and individual freedom problems. People are
under continuous Surveillance. Individuals are tracked, carrying out the simplest of
daily activities such as garbage disposal. One of the main arguments in favor of
surveillance cameras' adoption in China is their ability to deter criminal behavior.
Potential Offenders are aware that their actions are being watched because millions of
cameras have been installed in public locations. This acts as a deterrent, lessening the
likelihood of criminal action, and gives some of its citizens a sense of security.

One of the featured social-media apps is TikTok, which was created by a Chinese
company Byte Dance. It allows users to take videos of what they are doing, such as
cooking, dancing, singing, etc., and upload them onto a server, which can make them
famous in an instant. Chinese say that TikTok is better than Facebook, Instagram, and
Twitter, which makes it valuable. With all this positive praise, citizens do not know that
TikTok can collect personal data when uploading a video. It includes location, name,
contact number, and other personal information, which is stored in a surveillance room.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, the systems have recently increased surveillance in
China, tracking down the live locations of those suspected of having been infected with
the virus. The German version of the surveillance system differs somewhat. The data is
encrypted and stored locally on devices, and it interacts with other devices in the
proximity anonymously. The Chinese Technology tracks suspected COVID-19 cases and
warns the Police if the Individuals leave their Buildings. Physical interactions have
become constrained as a result of the expansion of COVID-19, paving the path for the
emergence of cashless money or E-money. Scanning QR Codes allows you to pay for
things like shopping malls, taxis, and other services.
The Chinese government intends to take things a step further by establishing an
individual social ranking system. They developed an app that allows you to earn
points. By registering, you can earn 493 points by using your ID and personal
information, and points will be withdrawn, if you engage in negative acts such as
failing to pay bills. Data points can be accumulated based on factors such as tax
payment, loan payment, blood donation, and proper information transmission. Points
would be assigned based on the data obtained. In addition, a company in China named
DAOWA is the 2nd Largest Company that produces facial recognition technologies.
Through the Scanning of your Face Information can be obtained.

Germany is one country that has embraced much Chinese Technology. They have
embraced the use of Chinese Alexa “Xiaomi”, it can do simple instructions in the same
way that Google Assistant can. The difference between Germany and China, Chinese
citizens appear to have been hardened to their data being gathered, German residents
are hyper-sensitive to data collecting and normally respond with a public uproar
anytime they suspect their personal data is being taken and tracked.

Experts, on the other hand, claim that the widespread deployment of surveillance
cameras violates residents' right to privacy. Constant government monitoring raises
worries about personal freedoms and individual liberty. Citizens may feel continually
watched and fearful of expressing opposing views or engaging in behaviors deemed
undesirable by the authorities. Furthermore, there are questions regarding how these
surveillance systems' data is used. Critics are concerned that, if it falls into the wrong
hands, it could be exploited for political objectives or violate individuals' rights. In any
event, it is still unclear what is done with the vast gathering of personal data.

Besides the surveillance cameras in China, Artificial Intelligence has been advancing
significantly. Powerful and rich countries expanded and continually grew their
foundation in artificial intelligence, dreaming of being the top country in the whole
world. In 2030, China is aiming to be the top country in the field of artificial intelligence,
surpassing the United States.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of modern science's most

groundbreaking and contentious topics. The idea of building intelligent computers that
can duplicate human cognitive capacities has piqued the interest of Scientists,
Philosophers, and the general public alike. AI comprises a diverse set of technology and
applications, ranging from self-driving automobiles to virtual assistants such as Siri or
Alexa. AI has enormous potential benefits. It has the potential to transform industries,
improve healthcare outcomes, boost production, and solve complicated problems that
have evaded human comprehension. AI Algorithms, for example, can evaluate massive
volumes of data in seconds, resulting in more accurate diagnoses and individualized
treatment plans in medicine.
In the field of Economy, an Amazon shop has no Workers, such as Cashiers. Only the
artificial intelligence named Alexa. It can capture movements and other activities inside
the store. Payments are done through scanning. On the other hand, a Robot Cafe was
also constructed. It uses a Tablet, where you can input your order and customize the
drink you want. Restaurants have also used robots to serve food and do work that
humans usually do. AI has changed the shopping experience, making it faster and more
convenient.

Artificial intelligence has also been used in the field of medicine. It is estimated to cost 5
million dollars to have artificial intelligence in this field. This artificial intelligence can
scan X-rays and diagnose diseases accurately and comparably to an Expert. Artificial
Intelligence is like modeled humans, where it can learn and have diagnostic abilities. It
is concluded that artificial intelligence can surpass the accuracy of an expert. In
addition, scientists have also used AI in predicting diseases like Parkinson's. Artificial
Intelligence analyzes the up-and-down motion of steps and transfers them into a wave-
image. The disease can be predicted depending on the length of the wave; if an equal
wave means a person is healthy, on the opposite, having irregular steps or wavelengths
may indicate Parkinson's disease.

Technology Giants like Google and Apple depend on artificial intelligence. Google has
created Google Assistant. It uses a Google server, which can identify the noise we make,
such as a child crying, cleaning, or cooking.

The last application of AI is in Mobility. Self-driving cars have been invented and they
require massive technological advancement. Self-driving cars like Tesla can be
dangerous, so monitoring is needed and not leaving your hand on the steering wheel.
On the contrary, the self-driving car can notify accidents and can do emergency breaks,
which can be helpful to the driver and its passengers.
