Rear three-point hitch - Remove

Prior operation:
Remove the trailer brake valves - see Trailer brake valve - Remove (iu.do?
action=init&global=0&icecode=33.220.AM-F.10.A.10&docID=11343108).
Remove the remote control valves - see Remote control valve Open center mechanical remote valve
- Remove (35.204.BE.02-F.10.A.10).

DANGER
Lift and handle all heavy components using lifting equipment of appropriate lifting capacity. Make
sure that units or parts are supported by suitable slings or hooks. Make sure that no-one is in the
vicinity of the load to be lifted. Failure to comply could result in serious injury or death.

1. Remove the split pins (1), vertical tie-rod pins (2) and
detach the vertical tie rods.
Remove the top link pin (3) and remove the top link.

2. Disconnect the lift assist ram oil supply pipe (1).

Remove the circlip (2). Remove the lift assist ram lower
retaining bracket retaining nuts (3) and remove the lift
assist ram.

3. Remove the draft cable and the position cable retaining

nuts (1) and detach the draft cable and the position
cable.

4. Remove the retaining clip (1) and detach the Lift-O-

Matic cable.

5. Disconnect the oil pressure relief valve hose (1).

Remove the banjo bolt (2) and remove the relief valve
assembly.

6. Remove the mechanical rear hydraulic lift retaining

bolts.

7. Install the special tool 380000238 (st.do?id=380000238)

(1) to the mechanical rear hydraulic lift.

8. Install the special tool 380000224 (st.do?id=380000224)

(2) to the special tool 380000238 (st.do?id=380000238)
(1). Attach the special tool 380000224 (st.do?
id=380000224) to a suitable hoist.

9. Remove the mechanical rear hydraulic lift.
