Teachers are important people in the life of students. They impact their effect on students in school
whenever they get close to students, giving directives and helping them in their daily activities. As a
matter of fact, the impact of a teacher as a guide to the student is most effective when the students can
visibly meet the teacher and share knowledge. In this case, the teacher directly mentors the student and
implements effective affection and approach of the student to the world. The students get to learn and
understand concepts more easily and gain other morals such as respect, confidence, and responsibility
as well.
Educators play fundamental roles and duties in class which include inspiring students to embrace a good
attitude towards learning. Teachers are made to intervene in the students’ learning activities and
creatively nurture the love of learning in the students by leveraging different methods of instruction that
support students’ learning styles and aptitudes. They also have the role of nurturing healthy curiosity in
learners. They create participatory lesson plans with a variety of learning activities to support their
relationship with students as co-learners in the education process. Therefore, teachers encourage their
students to take charge of their learning journey rather than suppressing them.
Teachers also have the role of involving their learners and integrating their attention into the education
process. They impose new technology in everyday learning activities which help them prepare for life in
the world as the world is changing. They also have a role to create meaningful learning experiences and
