The Role of Teachers in Class

Teachers are important people in the life of students. They impact their effect on students in school

whenever they get close to students, giving directives and helping them in their daily activities. As a

matter of fact, the impact of a teacher as a guide to the student is most effective when the students can

visibly meet the teacher and share knowledge. In this case, the teacher directly mentors the student and

implements effective affection and approach of the student to the world. The students get to learn and

understand concepts more easily and gain other morals such as respect, confidence, and responsibility

as well.

Educators play fundamental roles and duties in class which include inspiring students to embrace a good

attitude towards learning. Teachers are made to intervene in the students’ learning activities and

creatively nurture the love of learning in the students by leveraging different methods of instruction that

support students’ learning styles and aptitudes. They also have the role of nurturing healthy curiosity in

learners. They create participatory lesson plans with a variety of learning activities to support their

relationship with students as co-learners in the education process. Therefore, teachers encourage their

students to take charge of their learning journey rather than suppressing them.

Teachers also have the role of involving their learners and integrating their attention into the education

process. They impose new technology in everyday learning activities which help them prepare for life in

the world as the world is changing. They also have a role to create meaningful learning experiences and

keep their learners knowledgeable of the revolving world. They, therefore, help to nurture competitive

citizens of the world who are aware of the changing world.

In conclusion, the appearance of an educator or an instructor in the education process is essential to the

learners. The affection and quality of the curriculum imposed on a student directly depend on the
presence of the educator. Therefore, students need a person to guide them in their learning process in

order to improve their socially competitive life as well as their perfection.
