1. Recording, duplicating, reproducing, sharing, or using any material such as video or audio recordings,
etc. shall only be allowed with the permission of the concerned faculty member and the department.
2. No recordings (audio/video), picture-taking, photo-grabbing, screenshots/screen recordings, and all other
means of reproduction of lectures during synchronous/asynchronous sessions shall be allowed unless
otherwise with the permission of the concerned faculty member and the department.
3. Materials such as assignments, modules, handouts on Moodle and other online learning platforms shall
not be redistributed or reproduced without the permission of the concerned faculty member. These
materials are solely intended for classroom instruction.

This is to affirm further my understanding that violations to these guidelines will be subjected to
appropriate disciplinary and/or legal actions.
