Subject: 7th RENEWAL OF CONTRACT OF SUB-LEASE

Dear Ms. Acuña:

Reference is made to the Contract of Sub-Lease dated 21 November 2016, involving the sublease of a
specific portion of our leased premises located at 50 Balagtas St. Corner Tanguile St, Barangay Parang,
Marikina for the purpose of operating or managing a food stall. Said contract was for a period of one
(1) year and was subsequently renewed on 23 August 2022 and has expired on 22 August 2023.

Pursuant to Paragraph 2 (Term of Sublease) and upon our mutual agreement, the Contract of Sublease
is hereby renewed or extended for a period of one (1) year, beginning on 23 August 2023 and ending on
22 August 2024.

The basic monthly rent for the renewed period is Pesos: Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five and
86/100 (PhP 12,665.86). For the purpose of maintaining the security deposit, an amount of Pesos:
Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty One and 72/100 (Php 11,331.72) Philippine currency shall be
paid and shall bring to the sum of Pesos: Twenty Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty One and 72/100
(Php 25,331.72).

All the other terms and conditions under the original Contract of Sub-Lease dated 21 November 2016,
including its renewal, amendment and addendum, not inconsistent with this Renewal shall remain valid
and continue to be in full force and effect.
