    URGENT: PLEASE RECTIFY THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY

    Dear Mrs. Vinky Gultiano,

    Despite our previous reminders, the amount due remains unpaid. As such we appreciate you making
    this payment as soon as possible.

    FIRST ACCOUNT:

    Principal - P 5,000.00

    Interest - P 1,000.00

    Penalty - P 8,800.00

    Total P 14,800.00

    TOTAL DUE AMOUNT: P 14,800.00

    We regret to advise that unless payment is received by August 23, 2023, the collection will be passed
    over to our debt collection agency/ Lawyer. This could seriously affect your credit rating and therefore
    urge you to contact us immediately to make payment or arrange alternative before this date.

    You have the right to dispute this debt by submitting written notice within five (5) days upon receiving
    this letter. If this letter is not disputed within the said time frame, then the collection will be considered
    accepted by the debtor.
