    Praised be Jesus and Mary!

    I, Jhoana Rose C. Romera, Teacher I of Cansaloay Integrated School, a graduate of Bachelor of


    Secondary Education major in Mathematics in Cebu Normal University – Main Campus, and is currently
    residing in Calumpang, Oslob, Cebu would like to apply for transfer in any of my preferred schools
    (Oslob National High School, Pungtod National High School and Tan-awan National High School). I am
    purposely writing this letter to express my intent to transfer.

    I am wishing to transfer to any school near to my residence primarily for the following reasons, to wit

    a. I am teaching in my present station, Cansaloay Integrated School, Cansaloay, Oslob, Cebu for
    three (3) years with utmost dedication and much achievement.

    b. I am currently residing in Calumpang, Oslob, Cebu and for this reason, I wish to be assigned in a
    school near to my residence. If I will be transferred, I could save a significant amount of money
    enough to augment our income to defraying family expenses.

    c. I am a nursing mother.

    I am fervently hoping and wishing that this request be granted and be given attention. If granted, I will be
    forever grateful for your consideration and understanding to my situation.
