Hotel El Ranilo and for his excellent management abilities.

As our chief of staff and mentor in the management of the hotel, I would like to thank
Captain Ranilo C. Quinto, the proprietor of the Hotel El Ranilo, for his exceptional
managerial abilities. I was inspired to improve my hotel management skills and make
them more marketable by your insightful critique.

I'd want to express my gratitude in particular to my mentors, ate Joy, ate Alma, and in
particular ate Jam, for their aid and essential counsel throughout the work immersion
hours. I want to publicly thank each and every one of you for your tenacity and for the
skills and information you imparted to me throughout the work immersion days.

Additionally, I want to thank kuya Rodel, the hotel's utility officer, for his unrelenting
dedication to teaching us how to handle a utilities problem. Our future initiatives will
make use of the skills you taught us.

Additionally, I want to thank my classmates for their constant support and commitment
to our work immersion project.

Brgy.71 Naga-naga Tacloban City. Technical Vocational and Livelihood (TVL) is my
field of study subject, At ACLC College of Tacloban,I love to play basketball. In the
future, I hope to work as a fire brigade officer.

I'm a good cook, and both my instructors and classmates predicted that I'll make
a good chef in the future. I believe in myself, yet occasionally I worry that I'll cook
incorrectly.Currently, I'm doing something that will help me understand additional
cooking skills so I can imitate them. It will be challenging, but I'll try.

This immersion helped us gain some understanding on how to perform

successfully in the upcoming tasks and jobs we will be taking. I hope that everyone can
make it through this period so that we can all become excellent cooks in the future, not
just for myself but also for my classmates.

On this day, we have an orientation in the function room and we meet Cap.
Ranilo, the hotel's owner. After the orientation, we immediately tour the hotel after he
introduced himself and we did the exact same thing.

The hotel is such a nice place of business; it has clean comfort rooms and rooms,
as well as a rooftop. You can see the beautiful scenery in the top of the hotel. After the
tour and orientation, the owner sent us to the front desk to get our first job order. The
staff in desk is such a nice person, she assist us on how perform properly.

Then we started our tasks, we clean the wall of every room, wash the dishes in
the kitchen and we sweep the floor in every hallways. We finally get a break after the
difficult duties. We have our break time at the function room. We drink some juice and
ate some tasty bread. Then after the break we're assigned to the third floor to clean all

Date: April 1, 2023 Day: Saturday

Training time: Start: 8:00 AM End: 5:00 PM

Today is the second day of our OJT at the Hotel Ranilo. We put our bags in the
kitchen area of the hotel as soon as we arrived because there is a space there for bags.
We signed in at the front desk before heading to the kitchen, where we got our job
order.

Currently, we are in charge of exploring and cleaning every room on the

building's third story. We rest after cleaning and checking, and while we were resting,
we consumed our meal. That day was extremely exhausting for us because of the
numerous rooms we cleaned and the linens we folded.

After our break, each of us was assigned a certain area to clean. The next day,
after completing all of those activities, we prepare to leave the hotel, putting our things
in the kitchen and logging out at the front desk before departing.

Training time: Start: 8:00 AM End: 5:00 PM

Today, the third day of our work immersion, we dropped our bags in the kitchen
and checked in at the hotel's front desk. Right now, the management gives us a job
order.

We completely clean the hallways on each floor once more, beginning on the first floor
and extending all the way to the fourth storey, which houses the function area. After
cleaning every inch of the space, we head straight to the kitchen for a break.

While we are having a break, the owner comes over and tells that we will have
dinner later, so he assigns us a duty to get some supplies for the dish that we will make
later. Following that, we proceed to the nearest market to do the work set to us by the
owner. Following that, we immediately return to the hotel to cook supper with the owner.

Dinner hour arrives after we finish cooking. We ate with the owner; the food that
we cook is so excellent that I won't brag, but we apply the right cooking methods that we
learnt in school. After a wonderful dinner with the owner, we proceed to the kitchen to
retrieve our bags, log out at the front desk, and then leave.

On the fourth day of our work immersion at the Hotel Ranilo, we headed to the
kitchen to drop off our belongings before heading to the function room to clean the
windows. Following window washing, sweep the floor and arrange the chairs.

Following the event room, we immediately move downstairs to the kitchen to

escape the heat. We have some sweet pastries as well as some refreshing beverages.
Following the break, the owner informs that a meeting on the next event would be held
at the hotel.

He mentions that there will be an event in the hotel, specifically a lecture, while
he speaks. Because the event will span two days, prepare the function room for them.
We configure the sound system and other equipment that will be used.

The event then began; it is such a beautiful day. We cleaned the function room
after the first part of the event, but we didn't put the furniture back where it belonged
because it would be utilized again the next day. We then go to the kitchen to rest. It's
time for us to check out of the hotel; we gather our belongings, check out at the front
desk, and depart.

Training time: Start: 8:00 AM End: 5:00 PM

Today is the start of our sixth day at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we
left our luggage in the staff room. The hotel's kitchen requires dish washing liquid and
other supplies, so the manager requests that we go to a neighboring market to acquire
those items.
We are currently wiping the windows at the function hall because they are a little
dirty after finishing the work at the store. We dry it with a clean towel after washing it
with soap and detergent. We're currently enjoying a break in the staff area after cleaning
the function hall. We ate our meals during this break because managers suggested it.
After that, we take a 15-minute break to allow our food to digest entirely.

Following that, each of us goes to clean our respective areas, while someone
else takes care of the restrooms, kitchen, and hallways. We completed cleaning and are
now in the kitchen to dispose of the trash. After that, we logged out and went to the staff
room to retrieve our things before leaving the hotel.

We've now been in the hotel for seven days. We signed in after leaving our
belongings in the staff room. After cleaning the hotel rooms and comfort rooms, we may
now begin our daily tasks, which include changing the towels and pillowcases. The roof
top needs to be cleaned again after the rooms because it is already unclean. We
cleaned the roof-top kitchen in addition to scouring the floors.
After we finished those activities, we went to the kitchen for a little break to
quench our thirst and relax our tired bodies, and while we were there, the manager told
us to eat our lunch, which we did.
After lunch, we go to the cleaning locations, which include the rooms on the second and
third levels, as well as the linen storage places.
We finish each work assigned to us by management, take a few moments to
move our belongings to the kitchen, log out at the front desk, and then leave the hotel

This is the ninth day of our hotel internship. When we arrived, we deposited our
belongings in the kitchen and walked to the front desk, where the manager gave us our
job order. We resumed cleaning the rooms and front desk floor. In the stock area, we
also inspect the linens.

The manager then phones to inform us that the owner has requested that we
obtain some kitchen cleaning supplies. After purchasing the necessary supplies, we
went shopping and returned to the hotel to finish the other duties.

After that, we'll take a break and eat lunch. Our manager comes by the kitchen
while we are eating to inform us of our afternoon obligations. Following lunch, each of
us goes to our allotted cleaning site; someone checks the rooms, cleans the halls, and
so on.

When that time came, we finished all of our responsibilities in one day, leaving us
fatigued yet satisfied. Instead, we go to the kitchen for some drinks to quench our thirst.
Following the refreshments, we proceeded to the front desk to log out before leaving the
hotel with our baggage.

On our tenth and final day at the hotel, we arrived and, as is customary, dropped
our bags in the staff room before heading straight to the event hall to set up the chairs
and tables. In addition to the function hall, the roof and halls of the hotel are cleaned.

After the activities are completed, we take a minute to relax and stop sweating. We then
eat in the staff kitchen. We all head to where we are meant to clean after the break. The
day is busy as we clean the hotel's lobby, kitchen, and external spaces. After we
finished cleaning the outside, the manager called and invited us to lunch.

We talked about the completion certificate we'd get later while we were eating.
After ten days of hard work at the hotel, the owner himself presented us with our
completion certificate. We thanked him on behalf of the entire staff for his excellent
advice and suggestions. We grabbed our belongings and left the hotel after receiving
our diplomas.
