AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and executed by and between:

ANGELITA S. ALTURAS, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Tiptip Distirct, Tagbilaran City,
hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY,

- and -

ADOLFA G. QUINTO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Guiwanon, Baclayon, Bohol,
hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY,

WITNESSETH

That the First Party is the lawful owner and actual possessor of a parcel of land situated in Tiptip District,
Tagbilaran City, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land designated as LOT 4838, situated in Toril, Alburquerque, Bohol, under Tax
Declaration No. 2008-01-0011-01043, bounded on the North by Lot 4839; on the South by Lot 4837; on the
East by Barangay Road; and on the West by Lots 4836, 4855. Containing an area of 0.289100 has., more or
less.”

That the Second Party will borrow the title of the First Party over the above-described real property to be
used by the former as collateral with a loan with the PS Bank, Tagbilarn City Branch, and the latter is agreeable
under certain conditions;

NOW, THEREFORE, the First Party and Second Party have mutually agreed to the following conditions, to
wit:

1. That the loan of the Second Party with the PS Bank Tagbilaran City Branch, in the amount of ONE
HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150,000.00), Philippine currency, shall be secured by the
title of the Second Party;

2. That the Second Party shall pay the First Party a monthly interest of 2.5 % payable upon the return of
the title to the First Party;

3. That the parties hereto obligate themselves to abide faithfully with the terms of this Agreement; and

4. That this Agreement takes effect upon the signing by the parties hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands this ______________________,
at Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
