AGREEMENT AMONG HEIRS

(DISPOSITION OF ACCRUED/UNCOLLECTED PENSION)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement, made and entered into in Poblacion, Sevilla, Bohol, Philippines, and among:

JOVENCIO B. PLARAS, Filipino, of legal age, married to Teodora B. Plaras and a resident of
Tagbilaran City;

LILIOSA B. PLARAS, Filipino, of legal age, married to Wenifredo Pacatang and a resident of
Tagbilaran City;

URSICINA B. PLARAS, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Tagbilaran City; and

EUFEMIO B. PLARAS, Filipino, of legal age, married to Marydel A. Plaras and a resident of
Tagbilaran City;

WITHNESSED

That on April 25, 2004, PRISCILO MALDO, SR., a Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO)
Pensioner/Claimant, died intestate in the Philippines, leaving behind an accrued and uncollected pension
in the total amount of Php ________________________;

That the said amount is under the administration and custody of PVAO to be distributed to the
lawful heirs of the decedent upon application in due form;

That the parties hereto are the sole and only heirs of the decedent entitled to succeed to his
estate they being the children of the deceased pensioner;

That there are no known debts or obligations due against the estate of the decedent; and

That it is for the best interest of the parties hereto to divide, partition and adjudicate among
themselves the aforesaid accrued and uncollected pension extrajudicially in the manner and form
hereinafter set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereto agreed
as they hereby do so agree to divide the above accrued and uncollected pension in the total amount of
Php ____________________, in the following proportion, to wit:
1. To SARAH MALDO – Php ______________________;
2. To MORINA PACATANG – Php ______________________;
3. To SOFRONIO MALDO – Php ______________________;
4. To PRISCILO MALD0, JR. – Php ______________________;

That the parties hereto have agreed to jointly and severally answer for any liability to persons
who may have been deprived of lawful participation, and hereby hold PVAO free and harmless from ant
suit of liability in connection with the release and payment of the said accrued and uncollected pension.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the partied hereto have hereunto set their hands this
