GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS FOR

MR. & MS. INTRAMURALS 2023

I. General Guidelines

1) Candidates must be a bonafide student of St. Francis Xavier Learning Center and
must come from their respective teams to be represented.

2) Each team must have 1 Male and 1 Female as a representative.

3) Representatives of team may hire makeup artist of their choice if with consent from
their parents and advisers.

3) The following are the portions/ categories for the Mr. & Ms. Intramurals 2023:

a. Production Attire (Jeans wear and Team Shirt with a recyclable materials)
b. Sports Attire
c. Talent Portion
c. Casual Wear Attire
d. Question and Answer

4) The following are the minor awards for both male and female:

a. Best in Production Attire


b. Best in Sports Attire
c. Best in Casual Wear
d. Best in Talent
e. Mr. and Ms. Photogenic
f. People’s Choice Award.
g. Mr. And Ms. Eloquent

5) The following are the major awards for both male and female:

a. 3rd - runner up
b. 2nd - runner up
c. 1st- runner up
d. Mr. & Ms. Intramurals 2023
II. Guidelines and Mechanics for the Awards

1. Best in Production Attire


Contestants must wear their team shirt partnered with jeans with recyclable
materials for this portion.
Points breakdown are as follows:

Beauty and Personality, Creativity Crowd Impact Total


Poise Neatness and (30%) (10%) (100%)
(30%) Stage Presence
(30%)

2. Best in Sports Attire


Contestants must wear costumes of their chosen sports. Points breakdown
are as follows:

Beauty and Personality, Overall Crowd Impact Total


Poise Neatness and Appearance (10%) (100%)
(30%) Stage Presence (30%)
(30%)

3. Best in Casual Wear


Contestants must wear costumes of their chosen casual attire. Points
breakdown are as follows:

Beauty and Personality, Overall Crowd Impact Total

(30%) Stage Presence (30%)
(30%)

4. Mr. And Ms. Eloquent


This portion will be done after the presentation of their casual wear. Questions
will be picked from the set of questions given 2 days before the awards day. Points
breakdown are as follows:

5. Mr. and Ms. Photogenic


This award will be chosen based on the unanimous decision of the board of
judges by referring to their actual photos during the pictorials. This has no
point bearing for the overall score of the contestants which will be the basis
for the major awards.

6. People’s Choice Award


The people’s choice award will depend on the total amount collected by each
team. Collections must be counted by pair.
ONLINE VOTING MECHANICS:

1. Online voting is open from September 26, 2023 until September 28, 2023, at 10:00
AM.

2. The PEOPLE CHOICE AWARD shall be given to a candidate who garnered the
most number of heart reactions “ ”.
Note: Only “ ” reactions shall be accepted (1 = 1 VOTE).

3. Feel free to mention your friends in the comment section.

4. FOLLOW the Official Facebook page SFXLC then click the picture of your
favorite candidate and react “<3 ”. (Only reactions on the official photo of the
candidates posted on the official Facebook page of St. Francis Xavier Learning Center
- SFXLC shall be counted.)

5. Please refrain from using auto-reactions, as they could lead to the disqualification
of candidates in the People's Choice Award Category.

6. The winner will be awarded during the Pageant on September 29,2023.

7. The OVERALL breakdown of points to select the Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2023.
This will be the basis for the selection of the major awards.

Talent Portion - 15%
Question and Answer - 15 %
People’s Choice Award - 10%
