DAY 1 - 16.01.24 - TUESDAY - Reaching Goa at 19:55

Gather at Chennai Domestic airport departure terminal near Sangeetha Restaurant before 4:30 PM to
meet your tour manager Miss. Neeta Kumari. Depart by 6:30 PM to reach Goa at 7:55 PM. As you
arrive in Goa today, you will be welcomed by one of our agent’s representatives who will then assist
you with hotel transfer. On reaching the hotel, we will register with the receptionist and take no time
to freshen up as you have the rest of the day at leisure by you.We will then have dinner .Overnight

DAY 2 - 17.01.24 - WEDNESDAY - GOA SIGHTSEEING

Have breakfast and get ready to embark on Goa sightseeing tour. The first attraction that you will
visit on your North Goa tour is the ancient Fort Aguada. Later, explore Calangute Beach &Baga Beach
and enjoy water sports on your own . Later explore the tourist hotspots of South Goa, Visit
ShriManguesh Temple at Priol. Next, take a trip to the churches of Old Goa like Basilica of Bom Jesus.
Post lunch, visit the Dona Paula Bay and enjoy shopping time. In the evening, enjoy a boat cruise at
the Mandovi River. Towards the end of the day, return to the hotel and sleep off the night.OVERNIGHT
IN GOA - NIGHT 2 MEALS - BREAKFAST & DINNER

DAY 3 - 18.01.24 - THURSDAY - GOA - GOKARNA - 3 hr 8 min (137.4 km)

After breakfast depart the hotel by 9am. On reaching Gokarna or on the way, we will have Lunch on
your own and then hotel check in. Evening we visit Mahabaleshwar Temple & Gokarna Beach.We will

DAY 4 - 19.01.23 - FRIDAY - GOKARNA TO MURUDESHWAR 1 hr 27 min (81.1 km)

Depart from Gokarna at 08:30 AM after breakfast in the hotel and proceed on to the neighboring
town of Murudeshwara, which is considered to be very sacred and rich in history. ENROUTE, SEE
MIRJAN FORT. On reaching Murudeshwar, have lunch on our own & check in to the hotel and relax
a bit-- you can choose to visit any of the fascinating places in this town, like the Murudeshwara
Temple, the Lord Shiva Statue which is the second biggest Shiva statue in the world, all on our
own since all are within walking distance. -- or even the beautiful beach in this area. We will stay
overnight in Murudeshwara - OVERNIGHT IN MURUDESHWAR - NIGHT 4 MEALS -BREAKFAST AND
DINNER

DAY 5 - 20.01.23 - SATURDAY - MURUDESHWAR TO DANDELI 3 hr 50 min (190.4 km).

Depart the hotel by 08:00 and Reach the DandeliResort by 13:00 hrs.for lunch After Check in we can relax or
choose to do resort free activities. Night DJ music with Camp fire if possible & you can show your dancing skill

DAY 6 - 21.01.23 - SUNDAY - DANDELI - GOA -2 hr 33 min (98.4 km)

Vacate the hotel by 08:00 hrs after breakfast. Then we shall proceed to Ganeshgudi for water activities. Half
day for water activities ( depends on the water level in Kali River) after Lunch on our own . Depart by 15:00
HRS. to reach Goa airport by 6:30 PM to board our 8:25 PM flight to Chennai. Reach Chennai at 9:50 PM with
sweet memories MEALS - BREAKFAST

PAYMENT TERMS

❖ For Non-refundable & time-limit itineraries 100% payment is required to confirm a booking.

procedure and time frame mentioned herein below
❖ For Air tickets being issued / blocked on time limit: Full INR component will be collected before
issuance, else price will be subject to change.
❖ Initial Booking deposit will be collected as per the amount mentioned or the Package Price whichever is
lower
❖ Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance
thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour/booking of the client with
subsequent loss of deposit and apply and recover the cancellation charges as mentioned herein

CANCELLATION TERMS

For customization packages inclusive of Flights:

The services to be provided are booked several months in advance, cancellation of such services earmarked for
a particular departure results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation to the
Supplier. Therefore any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation charges as specified by
the company. If you book a third party product or service, the Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of
such third party would be applicable in addition to the Company's Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation of
tour / services has to be in writing clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. You expressly agree to the
foregoing terms

The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such
an event, all monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no
compensation will be payable. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees
relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the
company.

1. The above is a general cancellation policy and the same is subject to change depending on the travel
date, the destination, the package and the services booked and paid for.
2. For Dynamic properties and Reconfirmed Bookings, the above Cancellation may not be applicable and
could vary

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

❖ All rates are valid on departure dates mentioned. SULIT reserves the right to change departure dates
given the airline seat availability changes.
❖ Any seat preference requested will be chargeable.
❖ A Single room booking can be processed if accompanied with another Single room booking and/or a Twin
room booking.
❖ Some flights depart from India on a previous date and arrive at the destination the next day of
departure and likewise for the return flight to India. Guests are requested to check with sales staff
before booking their onwards/connecting flights.
❖ No Other Promotional and/ or Discount Offer will be applicable.
❖ Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges.
❖ Insurance Cost is Non-Refundable
❖ The rates are not valid on block out dates.
❖ Disputes, if any, to be settled within Chennai Jurisdiction

PAYMENTS / REFUNDS POLICY

1) We accept payment by cash up to Rs. 20,000/- per person. Any cash payment above Rs. 20,000/- per
person we need to have a copy of PAN CARD.
2) Any payment received by Credit Card will have a 2% additional charge on the total amount to be swiped.
3) For any outstation cheque we need 12 working days for clearance.
4) The REFUNDS process takes 14 working days. Refunds for any Land arrangements will be paid exchange in
Indian rupees by cheque as per the prevailing Buying day’s rate applicable on SULIT card rate Refund for any
services for which collection is done in INR will be made in INR by cheque only

SEAT IN COACH TRANSFERS / TOURS

● This service is based on air conditioned (SIC) Seat in Coach / Van / Hotel Shuttle. The size of the coach
may vary depending upon the number of tourists traveling.
● SIC transfer is economical, offers great value for money and ideal for budget travelers. Based on a
shared vehicle transfer, you share your coach / van seat with other tourists.
● SIC Transfers / tour operates at a pre-decided time and designated point.
● The SIC tour may operate from hotel or from a city center location; cost of transportation to the city
center location is not included. In some destinations the pickup and drop off service from the hotel may
cause a time delay and service is slower than private services.
● SIC Sightseeing tours are conducted by English speaking guide.

CAUTION: For all transfers and tours please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 10 minutes
before the scheduled pick-up time.
DO NOT WAIT IN YOUR ROOM OR IN HOTEL’S COFFEE HOUSE. Please be punctual as most of the hotels do not
allow waiting in the drive-away area for security reasons
AMENDMENT / CHECKING OF PICK-UP TIME
Pick-up time or Amendment of transfers or tour date please call the Emergency number a day prior to
scheduled service.

MEALS (IF INCLUDED)

Meals served will be a Set meal OR a Buffet meal as organized. We have given an elaborate menu to ensure
that you have a good meal. Please note no drinks (Alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are included in the tour.

PORTERAGES / HANDLING OF LUGGAGE / BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES

Porte rages are not included; it is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that their personal luggage is
taken care off. SULIT TRAVEL AND BEYOND bears no responsibility.

NON – UTILIZATION : There will not be any refund for non-utilization of any services.
