Format:
Pitching round: Group of 1-5 members.
Interview round: Individual enrollment.
Participants can enrol for both rounds.

TWO ROUNDS WILL BE CONDUCTED. PARTICIPANTS WILL

HAVE TO CLEAR THE PRELIMINARY ROUND TO BE
ELIGIBLE FOR THE FINAL ROUND.

PART I:
PRE-EVENT
WILL BE HELD OFFLINE
Date: 27th May'23

All the required information regarding the format of

the PPT will be provided to all the people attending.

Participants would also be briefed on how to make a

resume.

An exceptional speaker and mentor will provide

invaluable guidance to all the participants who have
the urge to learn but don't know much about
PITCHING or how to make a RESUME.

PART II:
PRELIMINARY ROUND
WILL BE HELD THROUGH
GOOGLE FORMS

1. PITCHING ROUND:

Participating groups must submit a presentation(In PDF

Format) consisting of the following:
The pitching idea.
10-12 slides

The presentation should last at least 7 minutes and not

more than 10 minutes.
only the top 16 groups already selected for round 2 of the
Pitching round would be present for the final day.

2. INTERVIEW ROUND:

Participants will fill out a Google form for the round 1

where they will have to answer a set of hand-picked
industry-related questions.

Their response to the form will be judged and the top 24

participants will be selected for round 2 of the Interview
round.

PART III:
FINAL ROUND
WILL BE CONDUCTED OFFLINE

1. PITCHING ROUND:

Total time limit: 10-15 minutes

Presenting their pitch: 7-10 minutes
Questions from judges: 3-5 minutes

The participants of the Interview round will also score

your pitch along with the decision of the judges.

The pitching will be evaluated based on both, the marks

given by the judges and as well as the interviewees present
with a 80:20 ratio.

4 winning teams will be announced, and these winning

teams will conduct the interview round for their
respective startups with each judge in one winning team.

2. INTERVIEW ROUND:

Interviewees will rate the pitches in the pitching

round.

Candidates will be assigned a panel. A brief of the

respective start-up will be provided to the
participants along with the metrics that they will be
judged on before the round starts.

TIME LIMIT: 20 MINUTES

There will be one winner per panel, leading to a total

of 4 winners

NOTE:
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COME IN FORMALS
ALL PARTICIPANTS(WHETHER OF THE PITCHING ROUND,
INTERVIEW ROUND OR BOTH) WILL BE PROVIDED WITH
REFRESHMENTS.
