Greetings!

I am Whelyn Kate S. Cabigas, a fifth-year Architecture student (graduating) at Cebu Institute of

Technology University. I am writing to request an "Exemption Uniform ID Card."

As a graduating student who is conducting a thesis project, I have to go to the university

wearing a uniform to request for a signature from our thesis coordinator before we visit our
thesis location on the same day. In line with this, it is convenient to visit the location not wearing
the uniform. Since we cannot enter the school premises without wearing the uniform, this
request would allow me to wear a decent casual attire to enter the university.

I am hoping for your consideration and that I could obtain the Exemption Uniform ID Card.

I will be sending my Student Temporary Evaluation along with this letter as proof that I am a
graduating student.
