I,Kaushik Shinde, President of Kolhapur Zone’s Transformer Repairer’s
Welfare Association requesting you that please obtain approval from MSEDCL
Corporate Office and add our Association members agencies at your various Division as
per letter which is given by Chief Engineer (Dist.) Mumbai to all MSEDCL’s Zones Chief
Engineers and MSEDCL’s Circles Superintending Engineers. i.e.- CE(Dist.)/M-1/PMBM/
Extn/20553 Dt 06/07/2023.

Sir we have already participated in your Tender Number - SE/SC/DTC

REPAIRS-100 NEW/2023-24/T-03 For up to 100 KVA and SE/SC/DTC REPAIRS-200
NEW/2023-24/T-02 For above 200 KVA which are floated for New Distribution
Transformer Repairing agency. As per your term and condition we have completed
Our Factory inspection from MSEDCL’S competent Authority and we have all machinery and
skilled labor to carry out DTC Repairing Work.
As per direction of Chief Engineer (Dist.) Mumbai in Para- ii of letter No-
CE(Dist.)/M-1/PMBM/Extn/20553 Dt – 06/07/2023, you can add agencies those
have floated Tender either AT PAR or Below the Schedule rates With Prior Approval
from the Corporate Office. Sir it’s our humble request to you that our Tender’s price bid is
opened and you can see that my association members are floated the Tender AT PAR or
below the schedules rates. We are ready to do work below 05 %.
So, it’s our humble request to you that please obtain our recommendation
from Sangli circle and kindly look into this matter and give us DTC Repairing work as
soon as possible.
