Profile
An IT professional - turned - embedded systems designer - turned - complex content systems architect - turned -
entrepreneur, Rashmi has had remarkable cross vertical exposure in her professional career spanning 13 years.

Continuously applying all past learnings & experiences, charging ahead, swiftly toppling over all challenges on the way, she
has landed herself at the helm of a airs at Navitas - the LED Lighting Brand of Zero Systems.

It was in 2011 that Rashmi, consolidated her decade long experience in the field of software, design of LED signage systems
and decided to design the most power e cient LED Light to replace the conventional bulky, heat radiating filament lights
used in movie production.

By 2013, these lights were successfully built and she had cinematographers and other film production personnel vouching for
their quality and e ciency. It was then that Rashmi decided to steer the development towards replacing power hungry metal
halide lamps widely employed in industrial sheds. Navitas's operation brief was simple- To source the best & most reliable
components, design super-rugged driver circuits and o er industries, a worry-free light.

It took them another year to achieve that and since July 2014, they have started installing lights in industries around Nagpur.

With the big experience of Industrial Lighting, in 2019, Rashmi and her NAVITAS team did innovation in Portable Emergency
Lighting systems. And now these NAVITAS Innovative Inflatable Portable Emergency Lights are used all over India for
Disaster Management purpose. These lights are being used by SDRF, NDRF, Railways, Fire department, Defense, Power Grid
corporation etc.
