MINUTES OF THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BARANGAY ANTI DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL OF ADLAWAN, VALENCIA, BOHOL ON
THE 24TH DAY OF JANUARY 2019 AT ADLAWAN BARANGAY OFFICE.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by the presiding officer Barangay Captain Concordia Tagas at 6:00 in the evening, followed
by an invocation led by the Kagawad Renato Maestre.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM:
The Barangay Secretary called the roll and all were present. The Chair then declared the existence of quorum.
PRESIDING OFFICER’S TIME:
 MIOP lacking activities were discussed. We already had conducted 2 drug tests and we need another 2 drug tests for the
MIOP requirement for graduation. There is still no available kits. Barangay would refer to the accounting office if we could
allocate for the drug test kit from SK Fund anti-drug budget. Those who were out of town would be issued certificates stating
they have not enroll in the Program.
 Everyone should be more vigilant on strangers’ entry in the barangay premises mostly during night. PO3 Madula said that we
can asked for their assistance whenever it is deemed necessary.
 Schedule of Barangay Tanods are every weekend with alternation of nightly duty.
 Spotmap of the barangay subject for reproduction through a tarpaulin.

ADJOURNMENT AND CLOSING PRAYER:

With no other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 in the evening on motion of Kag. Lagare duly
seconded by Kag. Jaminal, with a closing prayer led by Barangay Kagawad Bugas.
