ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON ICT COORDINATORSHIP

S.Y 2017-2018

I. INTRODUCTION:
ICT coordinator played a vital role in facilitating the easiest way, update and fast accessible
datas. It exercises a systematic information and computer technology. Henceforth, this is designed to
give emphasis its accomplishment for the School Year 2017-2018.

II. OBJECTIVES:
1. To facilitate easy, updated and fast accessible datas.
2. To provide easy to access and updated datas.
3. To leasen the multifold paper works.
4. To have systematic and exercise information computer technology.

III. ACCOMPLISHMENT:
This School Year 2017-2018 was very crucial in ICT field thus,six (6) seminars and workshops was
undergone and actively participated.
EHRIS System, DepEd e-mail address of the teachers, TAGABAKID teachers group in the
messanger, & LRMDS Portal were 100% done.

IV. PROBLEMS MET:

In every activities silhoutte of problems will appeared such as budget of electronic load, signal,
and time management.

V. SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS:
I hereby suggests/recommends that the budget allocated for the electronic load must be given
on time, so that all of the online reports and activities must be updated on time.
