unauthorized transaction(s)
I saw the charge on my monthly statement, and I truly believed that I didn’t used my Debit card to
purchase any Application in Apple Store
Please adjust mu account information to reflect that I have disputed these transaction(s), remove these
item from my statement, and send written conformation that you have done so.
