First Party:

• First parties will undertake responsibility of Authority approvals as mentioned in the approved

Quotation (QTN#55077) attached with this contract.

• First party will complete approvals process with in time frame mentioned in terms and conditions below.

Second Party:

• Second party will follow the payment terms as mentioned in the Contract.

• Any kind of variation work requested by the second party outside the agreed works stipulated in the

quotation, second party will be charged separately.

• Any kinds of security deposit for Building Developer/Authority second party should submit the cheque.
