I am in alignment with your sentiments and indeed our daily lives depend heavily on

our health. Everything else collapses if it is damaged. Health has a profound impact on a

person, thus it is crucial that we take proper care of our bodies to preserve healthy bodily

processes that can enable us to live our regular, every-day lives without interruption. One of

the numerous variables that can impact health is education. Health education stimulates the

feelings that will drive us to improve our self-care practices. Consequently, it may be argued

that health education can motivate individuals to take action to improve their own personal

health (Eldredge et al., 2016).

There are three main stages that are found in health promotion. Practitioners' major

goals are to promote and safeguard patients' well-being in order to prevent conditions from

developing and to maintain good health. In order to do this, it is critical to educate the

patients (Eldredge et al., 2016). A practitioner can, for instance, talk to the patients about the

advantages of vaccinations as a way to prevent viral diseases. To address the existing disease,

the secondary level consistently uses screening and diagnosis. It has the advantage of

preventing dysfunction from progressing because the disease is promptly detected (Eldredge

et al., 2016). Following the diagnosis of the disease, the clients are guided through therapy at

the tertiary level. Although this measure cannot stop dysfunction once it has started, it can

lessen the harm and avoid consequences (Eldredge et al., 2016).

A key contributor to poor health and a barrier to receiving necessary medical care is

poverty. Financial constraints prevent the poor from acquiring the necessities for optimal

health, such as enough quantity of high-quality food and medical treatment. However, the

relationship is also linked to other aspects of poverty, such as a lack of knowledge about the

best ways to promote health or a lack of a voice to ensure that social services are effective for

them. (Eldredge et al., 2016)
