INFORMATION
The Provincial Prosecutor of Iloilo, through the undersigned, accuses
NERI LEYSO y ORRICA of the crime of MURDER, defined and penalized
under Art. 248 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about July 16, 2015, in the Municipality of Cabatuan,


Province of Iloilo, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
the above-named armed with a firearm, without justifiable reason or provocation,
with deliberate intent and decided purpose to kill, with treachery, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, attack, assault and shoot DEXTER R.
SOMBLINGO with the firearm the accused was then provided, hitting andinflicting
upon Dexter R. Somblingo gunshot wound at his anterior chest, which caused his
death thereafter,

CONTRARY TO LAW.

evidence against him; that he was given the opportunity to submit controverting evidence but
failed to do so and that the herein information is being filed with the prior authority or approval of
