VISA FEE AGREEMENTS

Further to confirmation from Ricardo Dias, I am pleased to confirm the Company will reimburse the cost of
your Skilled Worker visa fees of £3091.00. This payment will be subject to tax and NI, which will be grossed
up by the business.

As discussed, SSE will reimburse you £3091.00 on the understanding that the following conditions and
agreements are met.

CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENT

The full visa fees of £3091.00 is repayable should you leave the employment of SSE within a 36 month
period (see clause one of the fee agreement overleaf). Should you remain within our employment for over
36 months, this is not repayable.

Please refer to the ‘Immigration Repayment Agreement’ enclosed with this letter which gives further and
more explicit details.

 IMMIGRATION REPAYMENT AGREEMENT – AKASH GANESHAN

CLAUSE:

Should I cease to be employed by the SSE Group for any reason, I agree to repay to the Company the
costs incurred by them for my visa application in the following proportions:

Period Percentage To Pay

Leave within 12 months of date of signing 100%
repayment letter
Leave between 13 and 23 months of date of 50%
signing repayment letter
Leave between 24 and 36 months of date of 25%
signing repayment letter

I agree that any amounts outstanding to the company should be repaid before my last date of employment.
I authorise the deduction of any remaining monies from my final salary payment, should this be required.
