    All Lecturers are informed that there will be a pre-graduation ceremony briefing for ALL Lecturers on
    Monday 2nd October 2023 at exactly 2:00pm at Lecture Theatre. The main agenda of the meeting are not
    limited to:
    1. Insertion of Stickers on Graduand Chairs.
    2. Graduand Seating Arrangement.
    3. Academic Attire.
    4. Procession Guidelines.
    5. Assistance to Graduands.
    6. Helping Graduands to remain calm/seated until the graduation is over.

    We look forward to your presence at this important briefing as we come together to make the 15th
    Graduation Ceremony a memorable and meaningful experience for the Graduating Class of 2023.
    Note:
    The meeting shall be concluded in less than 40 minutes. In this view, you are reminded to keep time.
