    Austin ISD Jamboree Itinerary

    Akins High School


    1:30PM - Call Time/Rehearsal
    3:00PM - Load Trailers/Clean/Change
    4:00PM- Depart from Akins ECHS

    Toney Burger Stadium


    4:45PM- Arrive at Burger Stadium
    5:15PM- Unload
    ● Everything off the charter bus
    5:55PM - Move to Warm Up
    6:00PM - Warm Up
    6:20PM - Move to stadium
    6:40PM - Perform!!
    7:00PM - Load Truck
    ● Leave garment bags in gym
    7:30PM - Sit in Stands watch Bands
    ● Athletic shorts/Show shirt
    9:00PM- Event ends
    9:30PM - Depart Burger Stadium

    Akins High School


    10:00PM - Arrive at Akins High School
    10:30PM - Clean shoes, instruments, and make sure all bibbers, jackets and undershirts are
    hung properly in a garment bag.

    Austin ISD Jamboree Information:

    Tickets/Promotional Materials- $3 each. These will only be purchased electronically through


    GoFan (they will go live next week). Just like in years past this will be used as a fundraiser
    opportunity. Students 12 and under are free. Promotional materials are attached. Please share
    with your booster programs and school community.

    Comp Tickets -Some schools use this event as a fundraiser, but If you have students or families
    that need support please have them use the following code below.
