This contract is made and executed by and between:

Iloilo ,Philippines hereinafter known as a “VENDOR”

Iloilo, Philippines hereinafter known as a “VENDEE”

WITNESSETH

That the Vendor is the declared owner being the buyer of the parcel of the land containing an Area
