Affidavit for Legal Ownership of a Vehicle

I, Destry Tegwyn Young of 80 Abbyview Dr, Whitby, ON, am the legal and rightful owner of a
1996 green Pontiac Sunfire VIN number: 3G2JD12T5TS854067, last registered in Ontario, sold
to me by Nathanial White of 19 Goodfellow St, Whitby, ON. Unknown to me before the
purchase, the ownership was lost and I had attempted to replace it by having Nathaniel sign a
third party letter of authorization and bill of sale to reprint an ownership in my name. After having
the bill of sale printed it was then discovered that Nathan had never registered the vehicle in his
4 months of ownership, and the current registered owner was Darren Tapper who had sold the
vehicle to Nathan. After getting in contact with Darren Tapper through Nathan, we found that he
is currently in the United States and is unable to sign the necessary documents for me to have
legal ownership of the vehicle. I am therefore requesting through this Affidavit to be able to have
a new ownership printed in my name with signed permission of Nathan White through the Bill of
Sale, and permission from Darren Tapper through email as well as an application for vehicle
transfer that was photocopied, signed by Darren, and then sent back to me.
