    ORDER

    It has come to the undersigned’s attention that a law firm

    listed on my order of disqualification provided assistance in

    drafting motions on behalf of interested party Bancrédito

    International Bank & Trust Corporation without entering an

    appearance as counsel of record. Accordingly, recusal is proper

    pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 455(a). See also Guide to Judiciary Policy,

    Vol. 2B, Ch. 2, Committee on Codes of Conduct Published Advisory

    Opinion No. 24. The undersigned disqualifies himself from further

    proceedings in this case.

    The matter is referred to the Clerk's Office for reassignment

    of this case to another district judge.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
