(UAPSA) Area D District 3, as well as the UAPSA Area D District 3 Seminar and Team Building 2023, for
which we sent a request for sponsorship to your company to support this great event for our ever-active
architecture students.

The United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary (UAPSA) Area D, District 3, is a primary and duly
recognized student organization of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP), which caters to
architecture students and UAPSA organizations from universities in Cagayan de Oro City, Surigao City,
and Butuan City.

The UAPSA Area D-Districts 3 will be having the district seminar and team building on September 16–17,
2023, with the event entitled "Pagpangandam". This event will include activities such as outdoor games,
a leadership seminar and workshop, and a fellowship night. Likewise, this will surely aid in the promotion
of goodwill and closer collaborative interactions among architecture students from District 3, as well as
architects and members of allied professions and industries. However, the organization needs
sponsorships, and we believe that your company is given and blessed with resources to give support to
the event’s cause and at the same time receive valuable exposure.

The event sponsorship deal has been enclosed along with the sponsorship contract that UAPSA Area D-
District 3 offers in exchange for extensive promotions. Your company’s involvement in the event will
make this collaborative district assembly a successful celebration.
