Necessity of the Proposed Activity
This activity will increase the market competitiveness of both cooperatives by complying with the Food Safety Act of 2013 especially on the
Nutritional Contents to ensure consumer empowerment and protection.
On Objectives (SMARTc)

● Facilitate the product analysis for the Peanut Products and Alviar MPC and the
tamarind candy of Upon MPC P Compliant Non-Compliant
● Assist the 2 ARBOs/MSMEs to comply with the requirements of FDA-LTO and CPR

On Target Scope and Beneficiaries


After the issuance of the results Laboratory Analysis of the two ARBOs, a consultation and action planning to be participated by 8 members
of the coop will be conducted by the CARP Staff. Formal filing of the product registration will follow thereafter.
On Strategy / Implementation

The pre, during and post activities are detailed in the management plan to ensure the effective implementation of the activity.

On Risks and Opportunities Response Plan


Risks and opportunities in the implementation of the training program and corresponding actions were identified to timely address the
effects of risks and capitalize on the opportunities.
Compliance in Reportotial Requirements
Preparation and submission of Post Activity Report and liquidation report within 15 days after the conduct of the activity.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring on the impact of the activity will start on January 2024.
