AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, PACITA C. PASION, of legal age, married, and a resident of #64 San

Lorenzo Ruiz St., Magsaysay, Alicia, Isabela, after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce at Saint Louis

University, Baguio City on October 3, 1975 bearing a Special Order No. 5-
5277 issued by the Department of Education and Culture, Manila dated
October 14, 1975;

2. I am a former employee of the Isabela-I Electric Cooperative Inc., as Branch

Manager at ISELCO-I Angadanan Branch Office, Angadanan, Isabela and
could not have been removed for a cause or otherwise;

3. I do not hold any public office with salary grade sixteen (16) or higher and
in fact never held any public office;

4. I am not employed by nor does not have any financial interest in a

competing enterprise or business selling electric energy or electrical
hardware to ISELCO-I or doing business with the same;

5. I attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statements for all legal intents
and purposes it may serve, of my own free will and accord.
