RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. For a maximum of one (1) hour, there

can only be one (1) member of the
Student Medical and Emergency
Response Team (SMERT) at a time on
duty in the clinic.
2. Only patients are permitted to use the
Comfort Room in the clinic.
3. Students entering the clinic shall
observe proper decorum and ethics.
4. Clinic stationery items must not be
used for other purposes.
5. The Clinic Printer shall not be used by
students.
6. There is no tolerance for loitering
inside the clinic in any way. Only
patients, SMERT, authorized REACH
Officers and teachers are allowed
inside.
7. Administration of medication by
students is strictly not allowed.
8. Every patient shall be recorded in the
logbook.
9. Only teachers and staff can issue a
Clinic Pass.
10. The Class Adviser shall be informed if
one of his/her students is a patient
and is about to go home.
