We, the BSBA First Year College students propose a Community Outreach Program which focuses on how to turn
simple hobbies into a future business career. Not only that it helps to create a means of income but also it develops an effective
marketing strategy for business starters. Furthermore, it allows to explore new markets around the society, reach diverse variety
of customers, and increase the value of your product and brand. The market has become more accessible nowadays, with the
trends that is happening globally people are easily drawn to products when a company or seller can capture their attention
through a good and creative marketing strategy. That is why we created this outreach program as a project for youth to help them
learn how to make their business more successful and to develop their skills in marketing strategies by turning their hobbies into
a business career.

Moreover, this project will help youth to create a way to help their parents/ families to start a business that will be able
to provide them financial support for themselves and for their families in their everyday needs. The program will run in four (4)
hours of seminar, where the BSBA first year college students will be the one who will organize and conduct the whole seminar
for the youth of Barangay Gasak, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan. The seminar includes the following subjects to discuss: First, the
knowledge about the hobbies of the youth. Second, discussing how these hobbies can create small business that will generate
incomes, Third, marketing mix, and lastly, digital and traditional marketing.

To accomplish the said program there are set of objectives that will purposely help the youth to become creative,
skillful and strategic, the program is entitled Your Hobby Your Career: “Turning Your Hobby into Business Career and
Developing an Effective Marketing Strategy”.
Conducting the seminar allow us to achieve the following objectives:

successful way. (Faith-Nationalism)
 Contributes to the well-being of the youth particularly in Barangay Gasak and their families that allows them to start
