CERTIFICATE OF FULL PAYMENT OF LOAN

This Certificate of Full Payment of Loan (the "Certificate") is being issued this 7
August 2023 in consideration of the full payment by Francisco salazar (the
"Borrower"), residing at Colorado, USA, of the debt evidenced by the Relocation of
the 8 condos dated 15 August 2023 (the "Agreement"), which sets out the terms for
the repayment of a loan of Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱500,000.00)
plus any accrued interest.

This Certificate is to certify that the debt under the Agreement has been fully settled
and I confirm that all obligations under this Agreement have been cleared.

I, Edwin Hacar,President of association, on behalf of Homeowners Association Cebu

and its representatives, executors, successors, and assigns, hereby release and
forever discharge the Borrower, their successors and assigns, from any and all
manner of actions, cause, and causes of action, suits, debts, sums of money, bills,
bonds, damages, and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, whether known or
unknown, arising out of the Agreement, and the execution and delivery thereof.

This relates only to the Agreement dated 15 August 2023 and not to any other
contract, agreement, undertaking, understanding, or covenant.
