AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
(TO TRAVEL ABROAD)

I, SOLOMON D. ASTORGA, of legal age, Filipino, married,

and resident of Brgy. Ciabu, Baybay City, Leyte after having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

1. That I am the Husband of ANNE FRANCINE G.

ASTORGA who intends to travel soon to Longbeach,
California, United States of America from October 1, 2023
– December 31, 2023;

2. That for the said purpose, I am presently working as a

Sangguniang Panlungsod Member in the City of
Baybay and I have sufficient financial capabilities with
savings and assets to defray all the expenses of my wife
during her travel in Longbeach, California, USA;

3. That I warrant, undertake, and guarantee to assume any

and all expenses which my wife may incur while staying in
the U.S.A.;

4. That I am executing this to attest to the veracity of the

foregoing statement and for stating categorically and under
oath the truth and facts of the above information;

5. That finally, I am executing this for whatever legal intents

and purposes it may serve.
