    Experiential Learning based on Managerial Interviews (Total 10 marks)

    Conduct interviews of employees (Middle level) from the sector allocated to your group. Make a
    small video clip of the interviews conducted (5 marks). Cover the following aspects in the
    interview and draft a Model Code (5 marks) for students like you who are soon going to join the
    companies.

    ● Ethics in Social life

    ● Ethics at Work place

    ● Leadership & Ethics

    ● Ethical Challenges/dilemmas

    ● Responsibilities towards Customers, Shareholders, Government and Environment

    You can also use following open-ended questions for the interviews. You can add more
    to this list….

    i) What is your opinion about ethics?


    ii) In next 5 yrs what will be the state of Business Ethics? Rate on the scale of 1-10?
    iii) It is very disheartening to observe that otherwise good people turn to unethical
    behavior when it comes to business. How would you explain this?
    iv) Is social behavior heavily influenced by how administrators behave?
    v) Has globalization been instrumental in lowering of ethical behavior in India?
    vi) Can training play an important role in this direction?
    vii) What can be done to improve ethical behavior?
    viii) How far strict laws can help in making people behave ethically?

    Please note: Date of submission for both the assignments is 13th March 2022.
    CRs please make two separate zip files of the submissions and e-mail it to me
    on 13th March 2022.
