simultaneously recorded and broadcast in real time

livestreaming are Youtube, Facebook, Instagram,
Kumu, Bigo live, Uplive etc.
 Who are we looking for?

• PCTC is in search of new talents that can be a verified HOST for

the up-coming launch of it’s new app called FACECAST.

• Those talented content audio and video streamers who are able
to have their own program, entertain people and maximize their
skills at the comfort of their own homes.

• Host content may vary from Gaming, Hosting, Singing, Dancing,

Makeup Tutorials, Hosting etc.
 How much can I earn from
live streaming in FACECAST?

A verified live streaming host can earn as much as

$2,500 in a month.
 WHAT IS FACECAST?

• FaceCast is a new social community for young and active people to

 How can I earn money from Livestreaming
in Facecast?

In order to get payed from live streaming, a host must comply to

the following:

A. Meet the monthly quota of 40 hours and 20 days

of livestreaming

B. Receive a minimum of 20,000 FC (Facecast) gift

Coins from viewers of their stream.

 Monthly quota of 40 hours and 20
days of livestreaming explained:
A. A host must have a valid stream with a total of least 2 1/2
hours per day for 20 days
• There are many ways in achieving this.
1. Divide the hours.
• A host can divide the hours given that the minimum hour spent for
your livestream is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• A host may want to livestream in the morning for 1 hour and 15
minutes then continue to livestream in the evening for another 1
hour and 15 minutes.
• The broadcast should be an UNINTERRUPTED broadcast meaning if
you are disconnected in the middle of your livestream, the minutes
counted is back to zero.

2. Stream for an UNINTERRUPTED broadcast for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

• Since Facecast is an online system generated app, the hours read in
the app is not exact. The host needs to give an allowance of 30
minutes for him to be assured that the 2 hours for the day is
credited to his stream.

• NOTE: Multi-Guest doesn’t count as valid live duration ( if you are a guest co-
host your time wont be counted)

B. 20 DAYS OF STREAMING

• There are many ways in achieving this.

1. Choose/schedule the days of the month in which you want to spend
your time livestreaming.
• A host may opt not to live stream for today and opt to live stream
the next day given that the total amount of days spent streaming is
20 days.

2. Stream daily for the whole month

• Lets say, your stream the day before wasn’t credited valid since you
were disconnected in the middle of your stream, you may opt to
stream again the next day to make sure that your stream was
counted and valid. Sometimes the app also has it’s glitches and
technical errors since this is a newly introduced app. It is better to
be sure than sorry that our efforts are not rewarded.

 What are FC Coins and how do I get them?

FC Coins or Facecast Coins are virtual gifts that you receive from
the viewers of your livestream.

• Other social media platforms have hearts, likes, and other

emoticon reactions to videos. Facecast offers an additional way
for viewers to show their appreciation to the livestream host. It is
thru the FC Coins.
• The users/viewers of the livestream are given the option to
buy/subscribe to a premium account in Facecast which enables
them to give gift coins to live streamers. You as a host, is not
required to buy gift coins.
• The longer you stay online streaming for the day, the more
chances of receiving FC Coins. We highly suggest this since the
more FC coins you receive, the more money you earn.
 What is the order of roles in PCTC ?

The Host is under a handler and the handler is under the Team
Manager.

 What is the salary matrix for PCTC?

Below is the salary chart once a verified host completed his/her quota for the month.

• Monthly Fcoins represent your fc coin quota and base pay is your commission from your recruits.
• You will also receive PHP200 if the RECRUIT of your RECRUIT manages to complete the quota.
• In addition, you will also receive a base pay once you’ve completed your quota
• A verified host is encouraged to exceed his monthly Fcoins in order to receive a bigger talent pay
and so forth.
• In any case that the host exceeds the quota for Fcoins in a month, the remaining coins will be carried
on for the following month
eg: 2300Fcoins - the remaining 3000 coins will be added coins for the next month quota
 HERE IS A SAMPLE SALARY BREAKDOWN

• Note that only up to the 3rd level will you get a base pay commission (THE RECUIT
OF YOUR RECRUIT)
• This means the more recruited hosts under your name, the more base pay you get
from them and so forth if they meet the required quota.
• The figures shown above are based only on the minimum quota.
• Commission from the 3rd level recruit is fixed even if they have exceeded their
minimum target quota
 COMPLETE ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE

• $50 Complete Attendance Incentive will be given to a

host if he/she was able to go online for at least 3 hour
every day for a whole month.

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS?

1. Divide the 3 hours into 2 different streams
2. Live stream continuously for 3 hours daily
 How do we get our salaries?

• Salaries are given via PAYPAL

• It is the role of the Team Manager to give out salaries to his/her team
handlers

• Team Handlers will be the one giving out salaries to their respective
recruited hosts.
 Do we sign a legal contract for this?
• Yes. Once you signed up as a recruited host, PCTC will be drafting
your contract to be sent to your email in which you can review
the rules and regulations, of the company and other important
matters.

• The contract is initially for 2 months starting August 1, 2020.

• If in any case that the recruited host did not feel that the contract
is favourable to him/her. She may not sign and everything else
will be forfeited.

• Deadline for signing of contracts is on July 27, 2020 (Philippine

Time)

• All recruited hosts must attend a more detailed seminar which

will be scheduled prior to July 27.

Clear cache before stream, close the excess tabs for better and fast streaming

HOW CAN I BE ELIGIBLE FOR PAYOUT?

 Verified Host must have 20 valid days, 40 Hours and minimum of 20,000 Fcoins.
 Private Broadcast doesn’t count as valid live duration
 Multi-Guest doesn’t count as valid live duration ( if you are a guest co-host your time wont be counted)
 Valid Stream should be at least a minimum of 1 Hour and 10 Minutes.
 Valid Day should be equal to a minimum of 1 Hour
 Extra coins can be converted to diamonds
 The remaining Fcoins will carry or shoulder into the next month earning
 Verified Host are allowed to use, play and do some music covers as long as it is not posted on another or different
platforms
 Verified Host are allowed to wear formal and comfy clothes.
 Payment will be through gcash, bank transfer or remmitance centers
 Salary Matrix and all the shared information by this agency are confidential or not allowed to be shared with other
Agencies or other people in and outside FaceCast.
 Live duration uncompleted will not be funded with salary.
 Live Room Cover must be the photo of the owner, host, streamer or live broadcaster.
 Broadcast must ensure to be shown during live with clear feature strictly no sleeping or laying down.

Time in and out: Day will start at 8 AM and ends at 8 AM as well (Philippine Time).

• Verified Host must send screenshot of their end live to their assigned handler everyday for monitoring transactions and
purposes (example when the app is updating and it crashes and the gifts earned are not reflecting on the screens, the
management will send the host’s screenshot as a proof)

• Withdrawal cut off is always every end of the month.

• Team leader manages the recruits under him/her

• Team leader is responsible for paying his/her recruits

activities to their team leader by screen capturing the
starting time and end of their live stream.
