DDC Ambassadors Ambassadress
The theme of the Senior High School Week is based on the fictional novel titled Hunger
Games. The grouping of the students is based on the 12 districts of Panem, namely:
I. INTRODUCTION
The "DDC Ambassador and Ambassadress" is a wit, talent and beauty inside and out
search of the students of Davao Doctors College, Inc., Senior High School Department who will
serve as ambassadors of the school in promoting youth advocacies in our school and
community. They will also attend programs and activities relevant to their titles.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Each district shall provide one male and female student candidates.
2. The candidates should be a bona fide student of Davao Doctors College Inc., Senior High
School Department.
3. The candidates should not have any failing grade and any major offense or disciplinary
records.
4. The candidates should not be member of the Society of Elite School Ambassadors and
have not win any title in the school or outside school.

The following are the schedule dates for the Search of DDC Ambassador and
Ambassadress.
Categories are classified into two (2) parts – the Preliminaries and Coronation Proper.
The following are the mechanics and guidelines for each category including the criteria for
judging:

A. PRELIMINARIES (40%)
Some categories for the preliminaries will be done before the coronation day.
Preliminaries are worth 40% of the total scores of the candidates. The following are the
categories for the preliminaries:
The candidates – male and female – who garnered the highest score are
the Mr. and Ms. Eloquent.
Each candidate is given 3 minutes to present their CEP. They may prepare
a powerpoint presentation in presenting provided they have saved it in a flash
drive and should be given to the organizer one (1) hour before the proposal.
The following are criteria for judging:
Talent presentation shall not exceed three (3) minutes excluding entrance
and exit. Usage of fire and big props on stage is strictly prohibited. Skill
talents rendition is encouraged but must not endanger the candidate. It should
be solo performance. Uses of back-up performers are not allowed. The
following are the criteria for judging:

the Best in Talent
B. SPECIAL AWARDS
Special awards will be given to the candidates who showed their personality to
their fellow candidates and the other people. The following are the special awards.
3. CORPORATE AWARDS
The sponsor’s representative will judge/choose from among the candidates
the one who ideally embodies their product or company. This award will be
given by the company representative during the pageant night.
C. CORONATION CATEGORIES
The 60% of the total score of the candidate will be coming from the different
attires and event of the coronation categories. The attires will be worn during the
coronation day. The following are the attires and the event:
The candidates – male and female – who garnered the highest score are
the Best in Production Number.
The attires should not be not longer than 1 foot from the body on all sides
and the headdress is also 1 foot from the head on all sides too. Non-compliance
of the guidelines means disqualification of the category. No hazardous and
pyrotechnic materials should be included or worn. The following are the criteria
for judging:
The candidates – male and female – who garnered the highest score are
the Best in District Attire.
The candidates – male and female – who garnered the highest score are
the Best in Barong and Best in Filipiña, respectively.
NOTE:
The score from the preliminaries (40%) will be added with the coronation
categories (60%) to determine the Top 5 for both male and female candidates.
The Top 6 candidates will be coming from the People’s Choice Award. In case
of the People’s Choice Awardee is one of the Top 5, the 6 th ranking candidate
from the preliminaries and the coronation categories will be Top 6.
