Greetings!

Upon compliance with procurement rules and regulations during opening of bids dated, July
4, 2023, for the project SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SOLAR LIGHTS, it was noted that you were
declared as the Lowest Calculated Bidder. Thus, submitted documents were reviewed by the
Technical Working Group and we regret to inform you that you are declared NON-
RESPONSIVE after the post-qualification review due to the following reasons:
1. As part of the post-qualification process, it is required that at least one (1) Statement
of Single Largest Completed Contract Similar in Nature must be presented during the
opening of bidding documents. With that being said, the said document was attached
but there was none declared.
