A. ROLE AND CONTEXT

and projects in IT and Network and for managing the overall
delivery of more complex change requests

B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Executes high complexity IT projects, large-scale Network programs and mega-projects in close coordination with relevant
teams.
• Conducts the analysis of project pipeline and recommend changes in project portfolio, if any, to technical teams and heads.
• Helps set selection criteria for new hires to be able to cope with complex and cross functional projects.
• Carries out a process for the identification and escalation of critical project issues and risks and resolution
recommendations.
• Helps identify recommendations to CTIO and division heads in Tech BU for prioritizing and managing the portfolio of
projects and investments; maintain priority of each project and communicate the same to relevant heads.
• Assists in the project design, RFQ preparation, vendor selection for all projects within each defined program.

E. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS


Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Minimum Entry Qualifications
Skills Bachelor's Degree in Telecom or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or
8 years' experience in a similar role. Management
