“The Memoirs of Everything”

1. Why do you want to start the business? What has inspired you to go for it?

This idea came from a mentor and my love’s favorite item. The memories can be kept in a phase that
will surely be very special and people wanting to give these to their love ones as a message that they
will love forever.

2. What product or service do you plan to sell? Beaded Bracelets, necklaces, pendants

3. Who will be your target customers? What are their problems that you’re hoping to solve through
your product or service?
The target customers are students and teachers and some outside friends who can connect with
others to buy the products. Mostly are aged 10 and above and can purchase items. We wanted to
see the trend and change it to the classic method of giving to their loved ones, not only on social
media, but also letting them know that these items are Memories.

4. How will you promote your offerings to them?

The promotion strategies are as follows: Social media marketing, wherein we can sell these items
online and connect with potential customers, also setting up a small part in school where students
can go physically to see that we are making the beads. Also, producing small ads via editors and
upload it to YouTube. Also, word of mouth as we have friends who can influence others.

5. What will be your business branding? How will you position your brand in the industry?

The branding will be “The Memoirs of Everything” – Give the moment a special place in your heart.
This Tagline will be our brand positioning as it is a trend of showing everyone how they love as
couples, families and closeness as friends. Also we will create a logo and connect it with the mission
vision that usually starts up to a tagline.

6. What is your competitive advantage? What makes your business unique?

The competitive advantage of the business is that it is non-existent in the area of coverage. Also, we
have a physical and online store where customers can buy and order anytime they want to. Also,
since this is non-food items, we can reiterate the memories to be built with the items we are selling.

7. Where do you see your business within a year?

Within a year, our short-term goal, which to introduce the product and continuously selling to the
students and other potential customers will be attained, as capital can be returned as soon as
possible. Also, looking forward for small time expansion to other schools in Pasay and eventually
around it.
