The Perspectives of Using CCTVs Inside the classroom of Grade 12 Students at

Army's Angels Integrated School

Introduction

The monitoring system must have the ability to recognize and detect the actions

performed by the students. The students have mixed feelings about CCTV in schools.

Some students feel that CCTV can help prevent bullying, theft, and other forms of

misbehavior, while others feel that it invades their privacy and creates a sense of

mistrust between students and teachers. This study aims to examining students'

perceptions, evaluating the effectiveness of CCTV, identifying potential concerns and

risks, exploring the impact on teaching and learning, and considering alternative

solutions for maintaining security and discipline inside the classroom.

Statement of the Problem:

The study explores the impact of CCTVs in Grade 12 classrooms on student

behavior, privacy concerns, academic outcomes, and the overall educational

environment, gaining insights from students.

Using Education Videos as a Complementary Source of Knowledge in Grade 12

Students at Army's Angels Integrated School.

INTRODUCTION

Today Educational videos have become an important part of higher education, providing

an important content-delivery tool in many flipped, blended, and online classes.

Effective use of video as an educational tool is enhanced when instructors consider

three elements: how to manage the cognitive load of the video; how to maximize

student engagement with the video; and how to promote active learning from the video.

This essay reviews literature relevant to each of these principles and suggests practical

ways instructors can use these principles when using video as an educational tool

(Brame, C. J., 2017).

Statement of the problem:

The study examines how educational videos affect students' academic

performance and awareness, gaining on the perspectives of grade 12 students

The Advantage of Having a Computer Laboratory for ICT Students at Army's

Angels Integrated School

INTRODUCTION

The learning environment (LE) comprises the psychological, social, cultural, and

physical setting in which learning occurs and in which experiences and expectations are

co-created among its participants (Rusticus et al., 2020; Shochet et al., 2013). Such is

the case with a computer laboratory, A computer laboratory, or simply computer lab, is a

special room set aside and prepared specifically for the safe installation and use of

computers. A computer lab is a setup or space where an entire class can be taught

important concepts like how to use computers, how to code, etc. The students are

usually trained by a trained computer teacher. Computer labs provide the space to work

on skills not directly related to the classroom curriculum (especially for students without

personal devices) (Teachmint, n.d. It is important to know that the primary goal of this

quantitative research is to systematically investigate and provide insights into the

specific benefits and advantages that the computer laboratory offers to ICT students at

our school. We aim to conduct quantitative research using survey methodology.

Statement of the problem:

The research study titled "The Advantage of Having a Computer Laboratory for

ICT Students at Army's Angels Integrated School" seeks to address the following

questions:
1. Demographic profile

1.1 Name (optional)

1.2 Sex

1.3 Age

1.4 Section

2. What are the possible benefits of having a computer laboratory for ICT students?

3. What are the possible problems that might occur in a computer laboratory when ICT

students are using it?

4. How important is a computer laboratory on the developing skills of ICT students?

Objectives:

1. To understand the importance of having a computer laboratory for ICT students.

2. To determine the potential problems that might pop up when using the computer

laboratory

3. To analyze the impact of computer laboratory on the software and hardware skills of

ICT students
