As part of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology students are required to undergo on-the-job training, I am grateful that I have a
chance to have training in Bureau of Jail Management and Penology. In January 25, 2023, we started our first day as an OJT trainee in Bureau of Jail Management and
Penology where located at Mabini Main, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro. We started our first day in Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, we assigned to assist and
checking the belongings of the visitors. In my second week in Bureau of Jail Management and Penolgy we participated in the PDL headcounts. We joined the hearing of
PDL at San Jose Regional Trial Court and participated in other activities. In November 3,2022, I assigned to delivered the papers in different office and arranged some
papers in our office. And In December 1,2022, we started our OJT training in Police Provincial Office where located at Camp Winston Sibley Ebersole Barangay San
Roque, San Jose Occidental Mindoro. I assigned to encode, organizing and checking some papers. To sum it up, my three months as a trainee in Police Provincial Office, I
can say that I Learned how to love my profession and served my people. I can say that how disciplined they are and even there have lots of papers they handled, they can
manage it properly and I can see their willingness to help their office mates to do the other works and can perform their duties.
